Our easy online form allows the adjuster to upload pertinent information (adjuster name, contact info, claimant name, phone#) with an encrypted connection to upload the script and the information for processing.

If needed, AES will request and retrieve the Rx as needed.

In 99.9% of requests, AES schedules the appointment within 1 business day of receipt of the request.

AES keeps you in the loop by sending a referral receipt to the requesting party; once the appointment is set a notice is sent confirming the appointment. Upon completion, the report is retrieved and sent to the adjuster.

AES services don’t end with the scheduling of the appointment, we continue monitoring the appointment until the reports and images are sent (physically or virtually) to the requesting physician.
