Alliance Evaluation Services, LLC (AES) was incorporated March 1, 2010.  Conceived to assist the Insurance Claims professional (Adjusters, Attorneys, Nurse Case Managers) with simplifying the process of providing quality Independent Medical Examinations for their clients.

We have put together a team of professionals with over 40 years’ combined experience in arranging and coordinating:

Our personnel have strong experience in Arizona and Utah jurisdictions and have scheduled examinations and evaluations nationwide. We service Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators, and Government Agencies, in addition to Self-Insured entities in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury Liability, and Fit for Duty examinations. Our Board Certified network of specialists have extensive jurisdictional knowledge on medical-legal issues and offer a comprehensive analysis for claims management and resolution.

Who Is Alliance Evaluation Services

Kirk O’Malley established himself in the claims industry when he joined an Arizona IME company in 1996.  He was instrumental in growing that company by over 600% in the next few years and maintained that level of success for over a decade.  The previous seven years, as an Insurance Agent, he provided his clients with coverages ranging from Personal Auto, Home and Life Insurance, to Commercial Property, Liability, Life & Health Insurance, as well as Workers’ Compensation.

In 2010, having envisioned a more efficient way to process the handling and coordinating of Independent Medical Evaluations for his clients, he teamed up with business partner,  Joel Levinson, whose background and experience as a leader and strategist was well suited to assist in spearheading these ideals and goals to make them a reality.

Our 40 plus combined years of experience have provided us a wealth of information on physicians who are not just qualified but excel in their respective fields of specialty and are selected for their reputation and expertise.  They are known for their comprehensive knowledge of the medical-legal issues involved and offer a thorough analysis to assist in the claims management and resolution process.

AES maintains a record on each physician that includes their Curriculum Vitae (CV), tax information, current State Medical License, Medical Malpractice coverage, and current fee schedule.  In an attempt to ensure that we are utilizing the best available resources on behalf of our clients, we periodically review these physicians’ publicly available records to assure:
  • Good standing and reputation
  • Disciplinary history
  • Pending actions or investigations through the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners, Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, in addition to other sources we find available

Kirk O.

President / General Manager

Founder of Alliance Evaluation Services, LLC - March 1, 2010.  Over 30 years' sales and marketing experience.  Licensed Insurance Agent in 1989, joined an Arizona IME company in 1996 serving as Vice President of Marketing, and in 2007 additional duties of Technical Operations Manager.  Duties included marketing, quality control, customer satisfaction, operations and workflow management.  Liaison between Company and client.

Kim P.

Senior Scheduling Coordinator

Over 15 years' experience with Workers' Compensation in the medical field.  Trained in Medical front office management moving up from medical secretary to office manager. In 2004 joined an Arizona IME company scheduling and coordinating IMEs, Multi-specialty Group Evaluations, and Medical Record Reviews.  Joined Alliance Evaluation Services, LLC in April 2010.  Duties include design and implementation of workflow procedures, scheduling and coordinating Independent Medical Examinations, Group Exams, and Medical Record Reviews, and quality assurance.

Jackie L.

Scheduler / Treasurer

Assists in daily operations of scheduling and coordinating IMEs and Group IMEs.  Established and maintains Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable processes and procedures.  Background includes Treasurer of a non-profit community organization supporting a City of Phoenix community center  maintaining records, instructor contracts, payables and receivables. Also worked with an Arizona IME service provider assisting in all aspects of the IME process. Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.
